Creating an "Overall Health Dashboard" with Navigator View in New Relic

Hi everyone,

I’m working on setting up a dashboard in New Relic and need some help with configuring it to monitor overall health. I want to create a dashboard named “Overall Health Dashboard” where I can view the navigator view, and have it show real-time status of entities based on alert conditions.

Specifically, I want the dashboard to highlight entities in red when they trigger an alert or breach a set threshold. This way, I can easily identify which entities are currently experiencing issues.

Has anyone set up a similar dashboard or have tips on how to achieve this? Any guidance on configuring the navigator view to display this information effectively would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Syed Hussain, I found the solution to your problem on the New Relic forum. Go to the All entities view and select Navigator. Use the filter bar to select the entities you want to include (you may use tags to logically group them) and the options at the top of the page to select whether to include data for each entity or show only alerting entities. When the dashboard is configured as you wish, use the Save view button to save the view. Done!
