I’ve been using LogicMonitor for a while now, and I have to say, the experience has been far from user-friendly. The platform is riddled with complications, and navigating the UI feels more like a challenge than it should be.
One of the most frustrating issues I’ve encountered is the frequent triggering of unnecessary alerts. These alerts go off repeatedly, even when there are no actual problems with the servers or VMs at the organizational level. It’s become a significant disruption, as these false alarms detract from our ability to focus on real issues.
Another point of concern is LogicMonitor’s communication regarding their updates. Customers are often left in the dark about new approaches, updates, or deprecated LogicModules. Instead of being informed proactively, we’re forced to discover on our own that a module has expired and needs to be replaced with an updated version.
To add to the frustration, their support team is not always responsive. There have been instances where reaching out for assistance has felt like a shot in the dark, with slow or unhelpful responses.
Has anyone else faced similar issues with LogicMonitor? How have you managed to work around these challenges?
